COMBINED RACK & BARREL
Growel’s combined plating technology brings together the advantages of both rack and barrel systems in a single integrated rack-barrel equipment setup. This hybrid plating line allows small components to be processed in rotating barrels. At the same time, larger or more intricate parts are plated on racks – enabling a mixed-component plating line without altering the process flow.
Engineered for long-term performance, each versatile electroplating plant features corrosion-resistant tanks, precise current distribution, and advanced automation for uniform coating quality. A single transporter system moves both racks and barrels through the line, maximising floor space and boosting operational productivity.
